First of all - phone screening interview. After that an interview that done via Skype by 2 R&D engineers and after that general questions interview done by Hardware Department Manager.

Ich sollte mich und meine fachliche Laufbahn kurz vorstellen. Danach müsste ich viele Fragen beantworten. Es war gut koordiniert und nur an der wichtigsten konzentriert. Es gab keine typische HR Fragen.
