Interview is conducted in two rounds.
1st: General interview which is conducted with HR and hiring manager. This interview is more about getting to know the candidate and understand candidates skills and competencies.
2nd: Deep dive interview with HR and hiring manager. This interview is conducted for the candidates who deemed to be right candidate for the role. It is important one and all initial expectations from the first interview should match in this interview for successful onboarding.

Initial round with a manager discussing generally what I accomplished.
then offered to have second round with another program manager with STAR type interview but then I received a rejection witout second round. When I requested for a feedback then no reply at all

I received an invitation for an interview. IT was a video interview in that I was asked to answer 3 questions and take a video and submit it to the system. Questions were general HR questions.
It was a new method of interview.
IT based, I have been interviewed off-line, they asked me questions and I answered them while recording by camera and microphone. very interesting process.
