Overall process took four months before I withdrew from the process at the final stage. Sad to say that the four stages of the interview followed the exact same format in that ..... tell me about.... and then using the star format.... nothing too taxing. However when it got to the final stage I would have expected more of an open conversation around the company and the position ..... nope they were not interested and when I asked about their own strategy they were unwilling to share. If anything at the final stage they showed a total lack of interest and trying to get any communication out of them during the whole process was terrible .... they just point blank ghosted me. For such a company I was surprised by the attitude and interview process shown..... hence why I felt it right to withdraw.
