I spent most of the time taking tests. The typing test was a bit painful. They queried my software knowledge and included a spelling test to show adequate language skills and then a fairly brief interview.
Interview process took way too long. Multiple interviews over video, an exam on an outdated version of Microsoft Office, and finally an in person interview.

Quick and efficient interview process, about a 3 step process. First is a call with the recruiter, screening. Next is a zoom interview with the Secretarial Management Team and lastly you meet with the attorneys, if applicable.
