The interview process was pretty standard in regards to the format, which goes like this; Recruiter callback and screening, then a competency-based interview with a dive into any skills and knowledge, followed by a technical interview. Once complete you will either be invited to a small call with the CEO or head of (specialised area, my case information security) as a more look at your cultural fit.

A great interview process. First call with the Talent acquisition manager followed by a 1st Stage interview with the Line manager and hiring team that delved deeper into my knowledge, aspirations and experience. There were questions about certain systems and expectations which were relevant. Lastly there was a 2nd stage interview that was a technical which involved a task and real-world threat scenario.
