HR questions and technical questions. Questions are not hard and highly related to projects on resume. SiTime will give quick feedback after interview if you are accepted. Interview team members are nice and friendly.
several rounds of technical questions (mostly related to opamp, filter, and signal processing questions, not hard) and basically go over your resume in detail. then, it's all about some causal BQ/ culture questions.
