Very very unprofessional approach by them. Especially person sitting at the VP level has no etiquette and value of time for others but they definitely want to hire someone who is professional enough. My interview got re-scheduled 4 times out of which VP didn't turn up for the interview thrice. HR was good and she apologized on behalf of her senior. HR scheduled my online team interview, just few minutes earlier I was informed that interview is being rescheduled due to some technical glitch (which is acceptable), next day again I logged in and waited for 10-15 minutes but again VP didn't appear which was very very frustrating, HR again called & rescheduled interview via Whatsup call this time, now again I waited but so called VP didn't call as she was very busy. Even the heads & seniors of very high profile companies don't pretend to be so busy as I saw here with this unknown brand Shorewise. Advise to them, when you take interview of any candidate especially at senior level kindly respect them as there time is also very precious. No matter what the issue is, it should be informed well in advance not at the last moment. Finally interview happened but VP didn't appear on video call but wanted me to show my face. At senior level there should be face to face interview even though it is video call. I was speaking to walls only. Not sure what the requirement was as no technical question was asked related to my domain or experience I have. She looked to me in very hurry as it all winded up in few minutes only. Complete waste of time. Also, Glassdoor itself gives warning to candidates about this company , to be cautious as they try to inflate review by fake account. Pathetic experience !
