Interview
I had four interview back to back. Two nontechnical and two that were technical. One of the interviews was on the phone in the office while the other 3 were face to face.

Question 1
There were question ranging from general computer network question two in-depth question cover IP phones, The,re were questions about DHCP, Active Diretory,SIP protocol, TI and E1 phone lines, PRI, QSIG, and analog trunking. There were also question covering the the OSI Layers and what devices are at each layer.

Interview
You will meet with two managers and the HR rep. You will be asked a series of questions relating to your previous work experiences and what makes you a good fit in the company. For the specific role you may be asked questions on how what to do when the phone system goes down, the processes you would take to solve the problem. You will be asked about your technical background.
