I applied online and was asked to submit interview questions in a video format, within 3 days. I moved a trip by a full day to work on this, submitted and never received a response. I have followed up via Linkedin and their career email four times. Beyond unprofessional.

Question 1
Both questions were a timed 2 min window. First was a description of a situation where I influenced someone to make a decision and the outcome of that, and second what are specific experiences that make you the right candidate for this role.

I was contacted about a week or 2 later about my application. The interviewer was the CEO of the company and she was nice. The process took sometime because she was not sure if she would have funding for the role that was posted.

Interview
I interviewed at their office June 2018. I was given the opportunity to explain my past experiences and the team gave me a brief explanation of what they do. I had an idea of what the company did beforehand but they were kind enough to explain more in depth
