Had 2 rounds of online interview. One with the hiring manager, one with a product manager from another team.
First round went well, second round was more technical.

Interview
Basic questions on experiences and behavioral questions followed by a technical assessment. The technical assesments includes MCQ and coding on SQL and Python. Pay attention to the stopping time of the assessment because it might not be 2359. Also, if the HR reached out first and later came back to say no managers are interested, you should realize this is an HR KPI interview only. I gave up after three different Shopee HR game me the same exact response within 2 months.

The process is quite fast. 1st round is with the hiring manager. 2nd round is with the team lead. 3rd round is with the HR. Only several days between each round.
