The first interview gives a process of what the future and subsequent interviews will be like. It also gives a brief summary of the company and the role that I am applying. The second interview is online technical interview. The third interview is also a technical interview with the senior programmer.
phone call and then there's an interview for the internship assessment. waited at least 1-2 weeks for confirmation. It is nice and pleasant to talk with the recruiter. Really encouraging to apply intern here
Behavioural interview with HR. Not too hard, but prepare for answers in English. The interview is conducted fully in English. The HRBP is friendly and nice, but is in a rush towards the end.
The initial interview process was really all about HR asking questions to know more about the applicant. The usual tell me about yourself and what makes you fit for this role questions came up.
