There's no certain process for sure! I was given a real data analytic case to test my on-the-daily-job-skill I guess. But that's about it! Then I was interviewed by the Head of BD. He only asked behavioral questions that made me wonder what they were really looking for.
The interview was great, though it took lot of stages. I had to do Interview for 4 times but the interviewer was nice and share a lot about the job information
