HR first reached out through a phone screen. Whilst more information was shared about the company, some points on the hiring process were vague and position related information were inaccurate. Went through to another video call.

Give role-specific hypothetical examples eg. come up with a marketing plan for XXX brand, how would you put a loyalty system in place.
HR phone screening > set interview time > call with hiring manager and team manager > HR get back within 1 week for offers ; total process about 1 to 1.5 months till official offer letter signing
quick and effective, very supportive and open. overall a nice experience for the interview, the user was very nice and also eager to learn about what i can do. definitely one of those good experiences you have at job seeking. i ended up taking the job
2 HR attended the first interview; the junior one was just following script and the senior HR guided the junior on what to say… didn’t make the role sound very exciting. After that was tasked to do excel test and didn’t went past this stage.
