This is a final round interview which one on one process with foreign lead manager. It took time within 1 hours. HR will contact and schedule your time to invite you to the interview which you will have link to access directly.

First round - HR surprise phone call and straight into experience question without even explaining the role until I asked. Second round - with two managers. One manager introduced himself and the other did not. Ask me to introduce myself and went straight into one situational question. They dive deep into the question but in total lasted 20mins. Bad experience because they did not care about my skillsets and did not bother to ask about my experiences and what I can bring to the company. Instead kept asking me questions about my answers. In reality they have an answer they want and do not accept any other accepts. This tells you a lot of Shopee. Traditional chinaman who do not cares about someone who gave blood and sweat to their role. When asked about training and career prospects, they shy away from it and said 'on-the-job' training which is basically you learn and fall by yourself.
