I had a phone call quick sinc with manager of the department. This was simple check if we have on the same page about this position. Second, I visited their office and had an in-person interview with the manager previously have spoken with and HR person. The concept is the same with the phone call to check if we have on the same page and clerlify questions what we both have to work with potentially. It was very open session to answer all the questions what both side have.
