There are two stages. 1 stage- call interview and based on the small talk i did with the other candidates most of us passed the 1st round except we declined. 2nd stage was face to face interview. You will have to answer their test papers. Section A - mathematics. Very simple math. Just +-x / but u cannot use calculator. Section B given 3 pictures u choose the forth picture. All objectives questions. Section C- given graph very simple graph we learned this during form 4 physics distance speed. Need to calculate and justify answer. Next question , to calculate area. Some of the candidates need to calc area of a circle, some triangle. Then, justify the answer. Next question on critical thinking. Given scenario and problem faced, so u need to resolve. I suggest u to solve using mathematical theory. Then there also questions about yourself-health, background , studies, etc. After u submit the papers, u will have to wait to be interview by the panels. During my time the panel are from production team itself so do prepare for technical questions. But fret not, if u are fresh grad, simple questions only basically about what u did during study. You will be getting a call or email if u success. I am not successful candidate but I have promised myself to share to help others. This jib might not for me but surely belongs to other people. They will give a call, set up time for online meeting, and conduct through google meet. They will inform if you pass the first interview and then you will go to the company for second interview.
