The interview process took about 2 weeks total. Ultimately it was a great experience. I had two phone interviews and two Facetime interviews before receiving a call that I was offered the job. I was told that normally they fly you out to the Ohio to complete the final interview but they were pushing to hire someone as soon as possible so I completed my final interview via Facetime. They honestly just want to make sure you are a good fit for the company and the position. To prepare for the interview be sure to research the company as much as possible. I went as far as even looking over the 2014 Annual Report. I knew a lot of facts about the company which helped me a lot through the interview process.
