I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams
Interview
Everyone at this company was very friendly and I had a great experience during the interview process. The interview process was very extensive. There where three interviews, the first one was a phone interview by a recruiter, the second interview was with the store manager and his assistant manager which was at the training store where the candidate could see the day to day operations of the job first hand, and the last interview was at the district office with the DM, this was my least favorite part of the process because the DM seemed to have a lack of interest in the whole process. I did not get a job offer but the experience was well worth it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
