Multiple rounds both zoom and in person walkthrough with local rep. Call with Hr then Interviews were with region manager and divisional manager. After final cal with divisional manager got phone call later with the offer

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Initial interview was virtual with the regional manager in my area. Phase two was a virtual interview with the regional manager and the pro manager. Phase three was with the district manager. It was all very organized and I felt comfortable with the discussions.

Interview
Received a text from the recruiter to set up a phone interview. Completed that the next day and said if they wanted to move forward I would hear from regional. Got an email 3 days later from the regional manager wanting to set up a virtual interview. While waiting to do that I found out that they had contacted my current manager( I am at a different company, and they are friends with my manager). Had my interview, was told I would hear back within a week. Had to contact them myself twice before getting a response.
