I applied online and then was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 25 minutes and many questions were asked but I only remember a handful. The good majority of them were irrelevant to the position besides 2 which were about how what my strategy would be to recruit people. She asked if I would be interested in an interview in-person and I said yes. She said she was going to email me a recruitment strategy file and that I need to write and prepare a plan and bring to the interview. I was pretty turned off by that since I have a very tight schedule and don't believing in jumping through hoops to get a job. Besides, isn't that what training is for? To show your employee the best way to recruit people? This position requires 0 experience so not sure why they are asking candidates to do this. She already asked me how and I gave her a good answer for not having any training. I sent her an email telling her I was no longer interested.

Started with typical phone screen with the corporate office. Then I was invited to meet with the Regional Manager for an in person interview. Then nothing. I haven’t heard a word from anyone since then, 3 weeks ago. Ghosting at its best.
