After turning in the application, they called me within a week and set up an interview with the store manager. Interview was really laid back, but he didn't really know how to conduct and interview so he mostly explained the position again and made sure I still wanted to do it because I was kind of over qualified. I then went to another interview with the district coordinator who did the same thing as the store manager and just explained the position to me again. They did a background check which took about a week to get the results back and I was hired right after. So the whole process was maybe 2 weeks from the time I turned in the application to the time I started working
