Interview
Went to a spring career fair on my campus. Had very little knowledge of position before attending fair but was very impressed with what Sherwin-Williams and the position had to offer. Talked at the booth and the recruiter wanted to know if I could interview the next day, I was not available so they suggested an interview after the fair. First interview went extremely well immediately followed a second interview with a supervisor. I was very impressed when I found out the recruiters would be my actual boss's.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews; the first interview is with supervisor and the second with manager. They asked about very basic strengths/weaknesses and STAR format questions.

1 phone interview (about 15 min), 1 Store visit, and a final interview with district manager. It's easy enough if you prepare yourself well beforehand. Research the company, research paint and come up with answers to scenarios.

Interview
1 or 2 phone interviews, then an interview with 3 separate managers for about 30 minutes each at the headquarters in Cleveland. Very relaxed interview process, a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared for them. You will probably be asked 10-20 of the between the phone interview and the in person interviews. Other than that it was a lot of conversation and time for you to ask questions.
