Seemed pretty standard, at first. They ask a few “canned questions,” which shows their limited capability to really dig in and have a conversation. My interview happened over two months ago, and the company lacked the decency to properly update or disposition me. SW has a bit og an ego, and their tedious recruitment process demonstrates it. If the Talent Acquisition team does not lead by example, imagine trying to get feedback from Hiring Managers. It’s a shame that TA doesn’t understand a “candidate’s market,” and the value of a candidate’s experience. Now, I will never work for this company, and will share my experience with others. It all begins with recruitment, in my opinion.
