Interviewing for MTP program is very extensive. I cannot say anything negative about the company but do you really have to meet with 4 people and do a store visit just to sign to do retail?...Apparently. However, I do think that if you meet the right people and want to work for Sherwin Williams, than this is the right job for you.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
