There was a phone screening and then virtual interview. The interviewer proceeded to interview me in his car while someone else was driving (also listening to the whole thing) and said he would get back to me within the next week and ghosted me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Burnaby, BC)
Interview
First they started off with a brief phone screen and they ask you to meet the HR Manager. After that screening process, you may get short listed to meet the District Manager. They say they will call you regardless to let you know their decision but never got a call, really shows me how much they value integrity.
