I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2024
Interview
I had two interviews for PM role and was assured I would hear back in a week, two at the latest. After a month and two follow up emails to the hiring manager, my internal "recruiter" whom I had not heard from before that point reached out to me to let me know I didn't get the job.

Question 1
The interview was a while ago so I don't remember any specific questions.
The interview process was 2+ months long and included meetings with 8 different people. It was incredibly repetitive, and after the final round of interviews concluded, it took almost 4 weeks (with several follow ups) to learn that they extended the offer to someone else.

Question 1
Describe how I handled communication across teams (e.g. engineering and marketing)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2024
Interview
I was referred by an employee at Sherwin for an IT Project Manager role. I had a conversation with the hiring manager and a recruiter, and was then asked to come to headquarters for an in-person interview. The interview process felt easy, however very lengthy. I felt a natural connection with the hiring manager as well as the other potential team member I was interviewed by downtown. After the duration of 4 months, I was denied with an automated email from the recruiter. I emailed the recruiter asking for advice on where I missed, and never heard back. I am a previous employee of Sherwin-Williams and had the educational/professional background that met the requirements of this position so it came as a shock and to not receive any feedback was disappointing.
