Interview
Very straight forward and friendly. First was a phone call, second was a skills test. Didn't make it after. Seems like very friendly people to work for. Was too far of a drive.
Standard several rounds of behavioral interviews, the last with the manager that was ultimately going to hire me. One technical interview, which was a series of questions (mostly Java trivia) followed by a coding challenge (which didn't have to compile, just wanted to know I could do that kind of thing).

Long-drawn out 4-hour interview with lots of the same questions. You have an interview with up to 4 people, about an hour per each person. All interviews are conducted by people from different departments.
