Long, I interviewed in November of 2013 and didn't get hired until April of 2014. I was told I got the job in February of 2014. The whole peoccess was long and dragged out

It was a lot of filler conversation. Did not discuss much about the position. Felt like they already had someone picked out to hire. It would've been nice to actually get good interview practice and discuss the position though.
Laid back interview experience. Person handling the interview was professional and advised how to be a successful agent at Shelter Insurance. Be sure to dress professional . Be sure to have two to three questions for the interviewer.

Why would you be a good candidate for Shelter Insurance
I first interviewed with a local sales manager. A few weeks later I interviewed with three different managers. It was a long process, it probably took over a month to get hired.
