Benaderd door headhunter die een mooi beeld schept van de toekomstige baan. De headhunter stuurde mij in 1ste instantie een email via Linked met de vraag of ze mij telefonisch mocht benaderen. Daarna volgde het eerste gesprek door de telefoon op een afgesproken tijdstip. Nog verschillende gesprekken gehad over de te volgen procedure. Er werd meerdere malen gecheckt of je echt geïnteresseerd bent in een baan.
Daarna een telefonische intake door een andere recruiter met allerlei algemene vragen over je eigen persoon en je ervaringen. Mogelijkheid om deze gesprekken verder te onderbouwen door te bellen met een vaste HR persoon in Nederland of in de UK. Afspraak voor een telefonische sollicitatie wordt ingepland voor over 2 weken. Daarna uiteindelijke de telefonische sollicitatie met 2 managers en HR. Direct na 4 uur na het gesprek krijg je de uitslag via een email of ze verder met je gaan of niet. De email is automatisch gegenereerd. Er staat dus geen argumentatie of onderbouwing in.

I had an online interview for the position. The interviewer was professional, we mostly talked about my past experience. There was no IT theory questions. They gave an overview of the department and IT organization. I didn't pass the first interview unfortunately even I think that my experience was very relevant.

Of my career spanning over 1.5 decade I would say that this is the only interview which was so well planned and executed. Entire process was managed so professionally which I had never experienced in the past.
Even though scheduling the first interview took some time because of the year end vacations , but after that all was good.
Hiring manager was there through out all the rounds as one of the panels , which is a very good as he gets a 360 degree of the candidate being interviewed. Unlike other interviews where in the interviewer wants to show how much does he know here it is the other way round where in they want to see what you know.
They would be taking notes on each and every word you speak which they use for their evaluation.
Key success factor what I think is the allocated time ( very particular) about the same, interviewers should be given the chance to ask all the questions that they have there in their evaluation sheet. Which means you need to be very crisp and accurate in answering the questions to the point. Make sure all your answers are backed by EXAMPLES. EXAMPLE yes I mean that. This is very critical success factor
