It was a Straight forward interview process. First a phone interview. Next came face to face interview with human resources. Comfortable with all questions. Next round of interviews was with the Department manager.

I told my story as a Senior Director with International experience. There were some red flags that I saw. It was with 3 people and never went into the specifics of the job..flag. I was ready to get busy and accepted it.
