The recruiters were great guys, laid back and friendly. The interview questions though were the standard. I tried to let my outgoing personality show through, but when everyone always asks the same questions, it's hard.

Intro call, virtual call, in person panel interview. Really was able to get a good pulse on the company by talking to so many people and felt pampered by in person interview seeing the HQ
flew me out there, put me up in hotel. interview with three different individuals in one day at hq. good experience. It was a very professional process. You may meet others interviewing for same position when waiting for different interviews.

Interview
I had 2 web interviews and then flew down to Dalton, GA for in person interviews. Everyone was extremely nice, no trick questions but I was by far prepared for the interview. It was difficult because you had to know yourself from your perspective and others. Just take time to reflect on that and what makes you a good fit. Also come with questions.
