The Branch Manager contacted me via email with a very flattering analogy of my past experience. He compared it to how I would fit in as a consultant. We coordinated a phone interview which was approximately 35 minutes. I got the impression that my experience was worth a great deal more than other companies made me feel. I wasn't aware of how successful this company was.
The second and third interview was in person approx., 1.5 hours each. Both interviews were amazing. The management and owners are genuine people. They carefully choose who they want to share the success with.
It's important to come prepared. The questions they ask will expose your in-depth character and your professional approach towards hypothetical situations. They discuss your personal and professional achievements and fully disclose the challenges of the position you're applying for. Slightly stressful at first given there's 3 executive level persons asking you questions that vary depending upon your level of skill. Outstanding experience.
