Interviewed twice, first with the VP of Sales, second with another executive. Hired with an offer letter, then in the middle of discussing details, they rescinded their offer with no explanation other than they are moving in another direction.

Many, many hours on the phone - felt like unpaid consulting.
Owner talks a lot about "teamwork" and collaboration, but soon after taking the job it became clear that his idea of teamwork is like being on a sled dog team - he rides the sleigh and barks the orders, the rest of the team pulls.
Should have known not to take the job when they put me up in a filthy cheap hotel for the interview.
