Interview
I applied online then a HR representative called. This was followed by a phone interview and finally a panel interview. The group interview was not intimidating and I heard from HR and management within 2 days.

Two people were on the panel-the manager and educator. The questions were mostly physhological: "Tell me about a time when...", "What would you do if... conflict, emergency, etc". There was a case study as well.
