I applied and very quickly was contacted and started the interview process. Within a week I had done 2 phone/video interviews and a morning of in person interviews. They were very responsive and it was a very positive process- I felt like they really valued my interest in the role. Then they basically disappeared for a month before they finally told me no. It was really a disappointing ending for a company that seemed great to start.

Tell me about the most complex problem you have solved
Had a phone call with an outside recruiter from Professional Technical Limited. She was supposedly hiring contractors for SharkNinja. I had a phone screen. She told me that she submitted my info to the hiring manager. I followed up with her and asked for a couple more days. After that she stop responding and she just ghosted me.
