I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SharkNinja (Needham, MA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was referred by another SharkNinja employee. I was very happy in my last role but decided to have the conversation anyway. I first had a 30-minute telephone interview on a Friday during my lunch break in April 2015. I already had the following Friday off due to a company holiday at my last employer - and I mentioned it to the Interviewer while speaking. They decided to move forward with the in-person interview and were able to accommodate my schedule to come in on that day. I met with three people and the following week I came back for the last interview at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night... all along they were very accommodating to my schedule and I never once had to take time off from work to interview. I verbally accepted an offer the following evening -- 13 days after the telephone interview.

Question 1
When can you start? (I know this seems silly, but it was clear very early on that I was a good fit for the organization and all parties were excited about the prospect of me joining the team!)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SharkNinja (Newton, MA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online (easy) and was contacted by HR Rep within 48 hours. My opinion: typical employer bait & switch. I applied for a senior-level admin position, only to be told that it had been filled and I was being considered for another (lower level) admin position that had been open for months. When I questioned the rep about the second position, she seemed to lose interested in me.
