Interview
I applied online, waited for 2 months before the call from HR came. Asked few basic questions on the phone regarding previous job experience and expectations. I had my 1 on 1 interview with the Nurse Manager a week after that lasted for 30mins, mainly situational questions that would gauge your skills and personality. We went inside the area after and had 3 RNs asked me some questions (peer interview) that lasted 20-25mins. I got a call from the HR a week after for the job offer.

Interview
Applied online and then was called for an interview to meet with the nurse manager. Met with her and she was very nice, I received an offer not even two days later.
