This was such a laid-back process. It began with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, then was asked to interview in person with someone who once held the position I was applying for, their campus relations recruiter, and an HR staff person. They mostly asked questions regarding jobs and volunteer activities I had listed on my resume, about where I grew up, and what I liked to do in my free time. It felt much more like a conversation than an interview and only lasted about 30 minutes! My next on-site interview wasn't for another two weeks but it was a little difficult to find a time that worked for their staff and myself. That interview was also very conversational! They asked again about my life before college, why I was excited about the possibility of working for Shamrock, and what kind of work atmosphere I was looking for.
Overall, everyone I interacted with there already felt like I had worked with them for years and seemed right at ease with me. They contacted me the next day asking about other jobs I had applied for and was then contacted the next day (2 days after the second in-person interview) with an offer. I was given a week to decide, but the campus relations recruiter I had been speaking with was excellent at getting back to me quickly with all of my questions and was a genuine pleasure to work with.
