It was a two step process they did a phone screening first. If you were able to make it past the screening call they scheduled you for a video call interview with people located at the Kansas City office. These two interviews were done on separate days. They were very informative and forthcoming about the position. It felt as though they really cared and wanted to be sure that the person they chose would be comfortable and that they had the same beliefs as the company. They focused on trying to make sure that this was the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
