Sezzle Full Stack Developer interview questions

Interviewer questioned like a boss but not as a leader 👎🏻, we don’t have freedom to express real world examples! They will ask 2+ year experience but expects you to solve senior level questions. Seems like Low pay & high work!

I applied online. I got first round to create calculator as home assignment. I cleared all the round, talked with CTO. Also shared my transcript with recruiters. Got ghosted by recruiters. Finally I got to know that I am not selected but I didn't get any reason behind it. I did really well in my interviews. I can say that as I knew that interviewers were impressed with my answers and if a company hires based on GPA, then I dont think it's worth to give so much of my time in the interview process if they cant even provide proper feedback. I appreciate that HR was trying really well but I would suggest to get some recruiting process in which you don't consider candidates as goats. This is not professional nor ethical
