Interview
Started with a phone screen with the immediate supervisor, then a phone call with HR, then an in-person series of interviews with several peers of the immediate supervisor and the then head of IT. That was followed by phone calls and negotiations with HR.

The primary interviewer gave what I call the "impossible question." She painted a business scenario where failure was unavoidable and where you were absolutely accountable and kept asking specific questions about how I would react, resolve, continue to work in that situation.
