Horrible interview process. Five separate interviews for an entry level recruiting position. There is absolutely no need for five interviews, maybe two tops. What a waste of time. Save yourself and apply somewhere else.

Tell me about your background as it relates to this position.
Easy, efficient, not challenging questions. Very nice hiring managers. Would recommend to anyone scared of interviews. It was more of a long drawn conversation. I like the long drawn conversation type interviews more than a traditional sit down formal interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sevita (Remote) in Dec 2022
Interview
The 1st interview went well, I was moved to the second round. The 2nd interview was suppose to be virtual; 5 minutes before the interview the manager texted to say that they were changing the video link. I texted back to inform them I didn't recieve the link.( I recieved the link 10 minutes after the interview) The manager called rambled for a few, asked if I was a referral, and if I was interviewing eles were. Recieved a text the next morning that the manger thought I was not a good fit.
