As I was coming from a smaller agency they wondered would it be difficult for me to start working in a bigger firm as a part of a bigger team.

Interview
HR interview, technical interview, task to do at home, and discussion about the task. Each meeting lasted about one hour. It was a great chance to meet potential colleagues and get a feel for the dynamic. Communication went through email. Overall a pleasant experience.
