Interview
First you go through an HR interview. If your experience and knowledge matches the position required then you have an interview with technical head of the concerned department.
After the interview with HR and Technical department, they take at least 7 business days to make a decision.

They asked me about my knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing industry.

Interview
Two virtual interviews and then got an offer. First interview was a 45 minutes with the director and second interview was also around 45 minutes and with who I would be directly reporting to.

A lot of experience questions. Not much that was technical based. Really wanted to know the types of projects I have worked on in the past and whether it aligns with Settys projects.
