Seterus interview questions

Applied for the posted position, emailed the hiring manager and HR. Was invited to interview and prepared basic outline of past accomplishments and future hopes. Hiring manager met with my directly by setting up an outlook invite. I had one week to prepare for the interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and current staff, which is a terrible way to vet applicants since HR was not involved at all. The interview questions were very straight forward and direct, there were no creative questions (i.e: What crayon color would you be? etc). I provided direct answers and was told I would be contacted if I had been selected.

Fairly easy - phone interview, then met with the hiring manage. Took about a month to receive offer. Hiring Manager and job ad did not describe the position as it was. Was not advised would be on the phones all the time.
