      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

My interview process at ServiceTitan was overall pleasant and smooth but still a bit challenging. A recruiter from their talent acquisition team messaged me on LinkedIn and we set up a quick phone screening for the next day (Thursday). That went pretty well- the recruiter was very helpful, kind and answered all of my questions. We set up a phone interview for the next day (Friday) with the director of customer support and that was a bit more difficult- he asked a lot of critical thinking questions that I had never been asked for in my life before. I felt like there was nothing I could have done to prepare better for it. I finally had my in person interview the following Thursday. The recruiter gave me an office tour and I met with a total of five people from the support team including the director of customer support, two support supervisors, and two senior customer support advocates in about 2.5 hours- that was probably the most intense interview I have ever had in my life but I realized ServiceTitan truly cares about brining in the right hire that will fit in with the culture. I got an offer the same day. Would I go through with it all over again? Definitely yes!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is the best customer service you have given? Why do you want to work at ServiceTitan? Why should we hire you and not anyone else? What can you contribute to the team?

I currently only completed phase one of the process. It was challenging but I wouldn’t say too hard. They have you submit video of yourself and complete a few questions with a “sandbox” version of their CRM

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Yerevan, Yerevan) in Apr 2024

      Interview

The overall process consisted of 4 stages: the first one was a 30-minute screening with the HR, then an on-site assessment test which was followed by two on-site interviews, including a mock call session. The overall process was well organized and the TA in charge always provided feedback and updates regarding the next stages in a timely manner. The 2 main interview stages were quite interesting and engaging.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked a variety of questions but the overall focus was on behavioral and situational ones(e.g. what would you do in this or that scenario), there were also a couple of logical questions.

      Interview

The process is that you initially meet with general recruiter that goes over expectations and prep you for the next rounds. The next step is to take an electronic assessment which can be challenging. The final step is to interview with current Support Supervisors. It's usually two people that you'll interview with.
