I interviewed at Service Coordination (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
First a screening interview then an interview with the hiring manager.
Rigid but ultimately simple and thorough interview. Questions were primarily asking to "describe a time when". Not a bad experience at all.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first with one interviewer and the second one was with two. Questions were mostly behavioral questions, for example: describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard, going through the benefits, pay, and duties first before going through a scripted list of questions to hand off to the hiring team. Then, they asked the common questions (communication style, how tech savvy you are, how you manage multiple projects) and experience with advocacy and changing goals.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about your experience you have with disability advocacy, and what local resources you may have interacted with.
