onsite part 1: 30 mins with HR about your expectations, your background, your enthusiasm to learn new things etc.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Servian (Sydney) in Jan 2020
Interview
HR and Tech Leader are both very nice and friendly, but I believe to find people refer you could be better and helpful. This is a good interview experience for me. However, the Job position could be changed or does not like the JD, which could be a little bit confused.
There are totally 4 rounds.
1. Online Test with 2 programing question and 1 SQL. (You have to get min 60 scores to be successful).
2. Phone Call with HR. Asked me something about my resume and the skills I have.
3. Interview at the Sydney Office having a chat with the department leader. Question is about the experience in my resume and some relevant technical questions. These questions are deep and broad. Also, have some design with a specific scenario. Anyway, I failed here.....
The last one should be an interview with the CEO about behaviour question. They will consider if you could be able to communicate with customers and become a good consultant.

They were very friendly and overall experience was good. There was a telephonic interview first then there was a hacker rank test, which is easy too. Then there was an in person interview. In person interview was easy too, but I screwed up in Design Pattern and Mock Object.
