Serenity School interview questions

I had a trip of the school then 10/11 with the head and deputaty head. The questions were a mixture of clinical and competence-based to assess technical knowledge of the role, personal and scenarios based.

The interview was was easy, straight forward, relaxed and short. I was able to express myself without feeling pressured or worried how I would answer. I had an interview directly with the headteacher and was later offered a job there only an hour or so after the interview.
