it was a career fair did one on one interview first then did a group interview and the people selected did another one on one interview and got the call later that evening.

tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Interview process was very straightforward with follow up calls and scheduling happening very consistently and within a couple of weeks. The questions felt client - oriented and applicable to the role.
I was given a single interview with very basic questions. I have seen the store give group interviews so be prepared for that. So long as you sound confident, show passion, and practice giving answers to basic questions and prepare to give examples in situations related to customer service, you're doing better than most.

Tell me about yourself? Why you want to work here? Strengths and Weaknesses.
It was a group interview and it had like 8 people. We went around in circles. The person interviewing was sweet. It did not have anything to do with makeup but a lot to do with customer service
